How to enable Auto-renew for the CyberGate subscription
To ensure CyberGates availability, we recommend enabling the Recurring Billing option during subscrition to CyberGate. If Recurring Billing (aka. Auto renew) was not enabled during the initial subscription to CyberGate the CyberGate service will stop at the subscription End date and thus halting all CyberGate functionality.
To Enable Auto-renew for an existing CyberGate subscription, follow the steps below:
For Microsoft 365 (when purchased using AppSource / CreditCard):
- Go to your subscriptions: Visit the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Find the subscription: Locate the specific subscription you want to manage.
- Manage settings: Click Manage (or Billing > Your products in the admin center).
- Edit recurring billing: Select Edit recurring billing, then choose On and Save.
For Azure Marketplace (when purchased using an Azure Subscription):
- Sign in to the Azure portal.
- Search for and select SaaS under Services, or find your specific SaaS resource.
- Select the SaaS subscription you want to manage.
- Edit recurring billing: Select Edit auto renew, then choose On and click Update.
